These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of raskey.co.ke and your purchases from the Raskey Store, operated by Raskey Trading Ltd(“Raskey”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only after payment is received in full. We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. You will be notified and fully refunded in any such case.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines stated on the site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including adverse weather, carrier disruptions, or industrial action. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Raskey Trading Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
