Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed via M-Pesa or bank transfer within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items
Personalised items, underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
